First off, thanks for visiting, please check back often, as this is a work in progress. I am working on this during my free time. I saw the current web page, and thought that I would be able to help out a bit and gain some interest by others in the family by creating this one. I am working from what Harriet (grandma) has given me, and stories from the book that was put together for the 1998 reunion. I am sure there are others, as well as pictures, please pass those on, as I am becoming more interested in the history of our family, and I'm sure others will be too. I Jesu navn far vi til bords
at spise of drikke pa dit ord;
dig Gud til aere os til gavn,
so far vi mat i Jesu navn. Amen.
Table Prayer (English Translation):
In Jesus name we go to the table
to eat and drink upon the word;
We honor you God for these gifts to us,
In this way we receive our food in Jesus name. Amen.
